This Week At Gallery Z
Being of Armenian ancestry himself, Gallery Z Director Bérge Zobian takes pride in sponsoring Armenian artists from all over the world. This month's exhibition features eight Armenian artists whose artworks range from oil on canvas, to wire and plaster sculpture, to graphite and watercolor on paper. This is the final week of the Armenian Artists exhibition.
On Thursday evening, Gallery Z will host our monthly Art, Food & Wine to Create Awareness for a Cause event. This month will feature nonprofit organization Aware Alliance - a theater company made up of international refugees, now settled in Rhode Island. Cuisine will be  provided by Don Jose Tequilas (Don Jose Website
) of 351 Atwells Avenue. Wine for this event will be hand-selected by Mark Gasbarro of Gasbarro's Wine on Historic Federal Hill (Gasbarros Website).
Opening on August 4 is a new exhibition of artwork from painters Brian O'Malley and Ewa Romaszewicz.

About Gallery Z
Located on Providence's Historic Atwells Avenue (Exit 21 from Interstate 95) since 2001, Gallery Z offers an eclectic collection of works by 20th-21st century Armenian, American, international, and Rhode Island artists. Opening receptions are held on the third Thursday of each month. Owner and photographer Bérge Ara Zobian, spearheading efforts to raise public interest in the arts, dedicates an entire front window to the public forum.
