Robert A. Snead, DOB: 11/24/90

The Kent County Grand Jury handed up an indictment yesterday, July 28, naming Robert A. Snead on three counts of conspiracy to commit 1st degree robbery, three counts of 1st degree robbery, and one count of assault with intent to commit robbery. It is alleged that on or about April 17, 2009, Snead conspired to do an unlawful act, to wit, rob a victim in the 1st degree and did rob a victim in the 1st degree, in Warwick. It is alleged that on or about April 21, 2009, Snead conspired to do an unlawful act, to wit, rob a victim in the 1st degree and did rob a victim in the 1st degree, in Warwick. It is alleged that on or about April 23, 2009, the defendant conspired to do an unlawful act, to wit, rob a victim in the 1st degree and did rob a victim in the 1st degree, in West Warwick. It is alleged that on or about April 17, 2009, Snead assaulted a victim with the intent to commit robbery in the 1st degree, in Warwick. Warwick and West Warwick Police conducted the investigation. Snead, who is currently held without bail at the ACI, will be arraigned in Kent County Superior Court on August 14, 2009.

The Kent County Grand Jury handed up an indictment yesterday, July 28, naming James Willcutt-Ulmer on five counts of 1st degree child molestation. It is alleged that Willcutt-Ulmer committed five crimes of 1st degree child molestation between the dates of September 1, 2008 and March 12, 2009. All of the alleged crimes involve a victim 14 years of age or under. All of the alleged crimes took place in West Warwick. West Warwick Police conducted the investigation. Willcutt-Ulmer, who is currently held without bail at the ACI, will be arraigned in Kent County Superior Court on August 14, 2009.

The Kent County Grand Jury handed up an indictment yesterday, July 28, naming Joseph Carruolo on one count of possession of marijuana with the intent to deliver. It is alleged that on or about June 4, 2009, Carruolo unlawfully possessed a controlled substance, to wit, marijuana, with the intent to deliver. The alleged incident took place in West Warwick. West Warwick Police conducted the investigation. The defendant will be arraigned in Kent County Superior Court on August 14, 2009.
